Land Acknowledgement

At NorTech Innovations & Solutions, we humbly acknowledge the land on which we operate, known in the Anishinaabe language as Tkaronto. This land has been a site of human activity for thousands of years and is the traditional territory of many nations, including the Mississaugas of the Credit, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat peoples. Today, it is home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples.

We also recognize that this territory is covered by Treaty 13 with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and we honour the principles of the Dish With One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant. This agreement represents a commitment to share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes, fostering collaboration and respect.

We are deeply grateful to live and work on this land, which continues to be a meeting place for Indigenous peoples from across Turtle Island. At NorTech Innovations & Solutions, we remain committed to acting with respect and care, fostering innovation and growth in a way that honours the history, culture, and stewardship of this territory.
